Overview

I strongly disagree with your article as it relates to stress. We all know that stress is not understood, possibly that is why so many symposiums are held all over the world in regards to stress research and the physical consequences.
At no time ever should stress be mentioned in the same sentence as anxiety because it would be like comparing Apples to Oranges.
Stress in an outside interference of unrealistic expectations compared to anxiety which is self induced, but both relate to overloaded emotions.
Overload any circuitry and it will overheat and react negatively.
